All claims, disputes, or controversies arising out of or relating to habit staking contracts, escrow distributions, or biometric verification sweeps shall be settled via binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Class action lawsuits and jury trials are explicitly waived by all active protocol participants upon staking funds into smart escrow contracts.
In the event of verified third-party API downtime (e.g. Apple HealthKit sync outage, Garmin Cloud maintenance), HabitStake’s Anti-Charity Protection parameter will automatically pause forfeit triggers and issue full pledge rollbacks.
Telemetry sync claims must be reported within 48 hours of contract expiration with device telemetry logs attached.
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that specific clause shall be severed without invalidating the remaining terms.
